  • We have a generous 3-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy. (Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size/standard ready to wear size Products)
  • Kindly note return or exchange is only one time available.
  • Kindly request a return/exchange via mail at support@ethnicplus.in within 3 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
  • Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases.
  • In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
